How the mind works?

Many people say that DJK changed their lives. In order to understand the reason why it changed their lives, we need to understand how our mind works.

Our mind is our most precious possession. It always with us but its most amazing powers will be ours only when we have learned how to use it.

There are two levels to our mind – the conscious level and the subconscious level. We think with our conscious mind and whatever we habitually think sinks down into our subconscious mind, which then creates according to the nature of our thoughts.

The subconscious mind is the creative mind. If you think good, good will follow; if you think evil, evil will follow. This is the way our mind works.

Once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it. It is an astonishing and subtle truth that the law of the subconscious mind works for good and bad ideas alike. This law, when applied in a negative way, is the cause of failure, frustration, and unhappiness. When your habitual thinking is harmonious and constructive, however, you experience perfect health, success and prosperity.

The reaction or response you get from your subconscious mind will be determined by the nature of the thought or idea you hold in your conscious mind. Also, your subconscious mind doesn’t engage in proving whether your thoughts are good or bad, true or false, real or imagined. Your subconscious mind simply reacts to the impression given to it by your conscious mind.

So, when you do DJK guided meditation, you are guided to imagine yourself as a powerful, energetic, transparent being. That imagination sinks down to your subconscious mind and your subconscious mind will take that imagination as a real impression and it will immediately start the creating process.

Therefore, many people get great results from practicing DJK meditation as a daily habit.
